Webex Calling | Porting Numbers - First Digital Letter of Agency (LOA)
Overview
This form needs to be filled out by any customer looking to bring existing calling services (porting numbers) to First Digital for service.
You will need
the attached LOA filled out along with a recent copy of the invoice. The signer of the LOA needs to be listed as a contact on the existing service providers bill.
Requesting a CSR (Customer Service Record/ Report) is also recommended and may take up to 48 hours from time of request, please initiate immediately once consideration to change Service Providers is made.
